📦 Nature of Our Products
  • Online Courses: Pre-recorded video masterclasses with lifetime or limited validity (e.g., 1 or 2 years), exactly as specified on the respective course page at the time of purchase.
  • Digital Resources: Downloadable files including PDFs, DWGs, RVT project files, and templates.

Due to the immediate access granted to these non-tangible digital goods and intellectual property, all sales are final.

🚫 The "Strict No-Refund" Policy

Once a course, bundle, or digital product has been purchased and access has been granted, we cannot issue a refund, cancellation, or transfer under any circumstances. This policy prevents digital piracy and protects the intellectual property of our platform.

⚠️ Confusion-Based Purchase Clause

We do not provide refunds if you mistakenly purchased a course expecting something else. For example:

  • Expecting the course language to be English when it is explicitly recorded in Hindi/Hinglish.
  • Misunderstanding the difficulty level of the software or the validity duration of the course (e.g., assuming a 1-year course is lifetime).

Please read the course descriptions, curriculum, validity period, and FAQs carefully before making a payment.

When Refunds MAY Be Considered

Exceptions to our No-Refund policy are made strictly in the following scenarios:

  • Duplicate Payment: You were charged twice for the exact same product due to a technical glitch or network issue.
  • Access Failure: You made the payment, the amount was deducted, but the system completely failed to grant you access to the course within 24 hours.

  • Order ID / Transaction ID
  • Clear Screenshot of the Payment or Invoice

We will verify the claim and respond within 3–5 working days. If approved, the refund will be initiated and will reflect in your original payment method within 7–
