1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Architecture Opinion. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, courses, and services (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). By enrolling in any course or accessing the Platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Definition of "Real Projects" & Educational Scope

Our marketing materials and course curriculum frequently use the term "Real Projects". We wish to explicitly clarify the scope of this term:

• Simulation of Reality: The term "Real Project" implies that the project was designed considering practical, real-world situations, actual site dimensions, and realistic client requirements.
• Execution Status: It does NOT guarantee or imply that the specific project was physically constructed or executed on-site. Some projects may have been built, while others are conceptual simulations created strictly for training purposes.
• Intellectual Property: These projects are used purely for educational reference. We do not claim ownership of or infringe upon the intellectual property or built structures of other architectural firms.

3. Resource Files, Templates & Third-Party IP

Throughout our courses, we provide learners with educational aids such as AutoCAD blocks, Revit families, SketchUp components, Excel BOQ formats, and standard templates.

• Generic & Educational Use: These resources are generic, industry-standard files compiled for educational and training purposes. Architecture Opinion makes no claim to proprietary third-party intellectual property.
• Liability for Commercial Use: If a learner chooses to use these templates, blocks, or files in their own commercial client projects, they do so at their own risk. We are not liable for any copyright claims, legal actions, or professional disputes arising from the direct commercial application of these educational resources by our learners.

4. Educational Purpose & Software Disclaimer

• Any methods, links, or files shared regarding software installation are strictly for academic and educational purposes only.
• We do not promote, endorse, or encourage software piracy or commercial use of unauthorized software.
• Learners are solely responsible for acquiring legitimate licenses for commercial work.

5. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Output Disclaimer

Our courses include advanced 2026 workflows utilizing AI tools such as ChatGPT, Nano Banana, and Perplexity for generating 3D renders, architectural concepts, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).

• No Accuracy Guarantee: AI tools are prone to hallucinations and errors. Architecture Opinion does not guarantee the structural safety, legal compliance, or mathematical accuracy of any output generated using AI.
• User Responsibility: The Learner assumes full responsibility for verifying all designs, calculations, and area statements before using them in real-world site executions or client presentations. We are not liable for any financial or structural losses incurred.

6. Payments & Strict No-Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products—where learners get instant access to proprietary videos, downloadable templates, and project files—we operate on a strict policy.

Exceptions will only be made in the case of duplicate payments caused by technical payment gateway errors.

7. Intellectual Property & License to Use

All content provided on this Platform (videos, PDFs, working drawings, project files) is the exclusive intellectual property of Ar. Shadab and Architecture Opinion. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for personal, non-commercial learning.

• You may not download (unless explicitly allowed via a download button), record, share, or redistribute our video content.
• You may not share your login credentials with others. Violation of this rule will lead to permanent account termination without a refund.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in New Delhi, India.
